CONDENSED TOS
NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.Detailed info may be missing. The sole purpose of this condensed version is for the Customer to have an easy overview of the main points. Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which WILL apply to your orders.
All orders must be paid at least in half and then in full after initial sketch.
Product will be delivered digitally.
Seller will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.
Customer has right to three complete revisions in the sketching phase.
Customer has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (I.E eyecolour change)
Must be paid in USD and with Kofi.
Customer is required to contact the seller in a fast and responsive manner.
Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.
Seller can cancel and refund any order at any time, however it may not be to full amount.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.
Terms of Service for Commissioning

Artwork can be used for profile pictures, banners, roleplay experiences, etc but not used for profitI own all rights to the work. Putting my artwork into any AI engine or related is prohibited. This also includes AI profile pictures on character websites unless specifically commissioned for one. Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.I am allowed to post on my social media as well as including the art work in my portfolio if I chose so
Commission fanart consisting of characters from any media (video games, anime, shows, etc) may be used by me to produce physical prints or any other merchandise for my shop as I see fit.Listed prices are the BASE price. Complexity of pieces and certain topics (NSFW / Gore) may increase prices of the commission.I have every right to decline a commission for any reason (aside from discriminatory) if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or the request for commission falls underneath a topic I will not do.Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders may incur additional fees, nor am I required to actually give rush orders. Complexity of the piece may change how long it will take me to complete it, however, please give me at most 3 months max to complete a commission incase of real life events.You are allowed to ask for progress updates but please be patient. You are also allowed to repost and/or share artwork but please give credit.Commissioning
Providing visual reference is required for more detailed art pieces.
Art pieces above a sketch may have additional pieces or be declined if you do not provide full references. Please communicate thoroughly with me so I can fulfill your request and avoid mistakes.Payment
Payment is through Kofi ONLY. An invoice will be sent. A deposit of 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working. I will send you the sketch to have it approved, then the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue.
If you cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit, but BEFORE the sketch is approved, I can give a partial refund (25% of the cost minimum).
If I feel as though I cannot complete the commission, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I completed (25% minimum).
Any aggressive, rude or inappropriate behavior against me during the commission process may lead to me canceling the commission. You will be refunded the commission upon cancellation by me, however, I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.Any begging for discounts / free commissions is not allowed and will end up with you being blocked from commissioning me permanently.Commission Process
When I start, I will send progress images of the sketch as well as flat color if necessary for you to review or make revisions. Once I receive confirmation I will not be fulfilling any request for refunds after this point unless I issue it myself.
Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three minor revisions may be requested, and more than that will have an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments
Once I am finished, I will email you the final res .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT WILL BE DELIVERED.
Any pictures sent for review will be watermarked, including sketches if they are not fully paid for.ANY PLAGIARISM OF MY WORK IS NOT ALLOWED. CLAIMING MY WORK AS YOUR OWN AT ALL IS NOT ALLOWED.By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand and AGREE to the terms listed above and on the invoice.
